She is survived by: her children, Scott Jacobs (Lanny Wilkerson) of Cedar Rapids, Tricia Willenborg (Chad) of Cedar Rapids, Greg Jacobs of Cedar Rapids and Brian Jacobs (Dee Dee) of Osage Beach, Missouri; her grandchildren, Jeremy Jacobs (Chelsea), Robin Jacobs (Quentin Harvey), Jacob Willenborg (Allie), Luke Willenborg (Bailey), Rachel Willenborg (Brett Hardeman), Courtney Siddell (Derek), Tyler Jacobs (Kelsey), Bryanna Long and Lilyana Jacobs; and her great grandchildren, Milo Jacobs, Lincoln Willenborg, Lena Siddell and Franklin Jacobs. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
