She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred James and Mary Catherine Puff (Nolan); her husband Bob; her siblings, Thomas "Tom" Puff, Richard "Dick" Puff and Donna; her brother-in-law James "Jim" O'Loughlin; and her sister Catherine Marie Puff.
She is survived by: her brothers, Dr. Mike Puff of Oelwein and John Puff of Oelwein; her children, Barbara Sexton of Ankeny and William Sexton (Kris) of Ankeny; her grandchildren, Matthew Sexton (Eden) of Altoona, Molly Sexton (Brad Jackson) of Des Moines and Nathaniel Wilder (Victoria) of England; her great grandchild Tristan Wilder of England; her sister-in-law Mary Jo Puff of Oakwood, Georgia; her nephew Mike O'Loughlin (Bobbie) of Independence; and her great-nephew John "Jack" McDonough of Oelwein. She is also survived by Numerous Nieces & Nephews and Great Nieces & Great Nephews and her many wonderful friends.
