She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Blankenship and Mary Blankenship (Vogel); her husband Jim Rice; her brother Art Blankenship; and her daughter Becky Fair.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Acord (Blake), Daniel Brown (Rose), Randy Brown, John Brown (Angie), Deborah Kesl and David Brown. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as her nieces and nephews.
