She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Kuba and Matilda Kuba (Halupnik); and her sister-in-law Jan Kuba. She is survived by: her brother William Kuba; her niece Lisa Willett (Ed); her nephews, Matt Kuba (Kathy) and Mike Kuba (Tammi); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Meghan, Jack, Ben, Erin and Emily.
