She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Kelsey; her siblings, John, Mosey, Danny, Trudy and Mary; and her parents, Francis Kelsey and Gertrude Meyer Kelsey.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Ludwig (John) of Columbus, IN, Charles Kelsey (Stephanie) of Cedar Rapids and Gregory Kelsey (Lana) of Cedar Rapids; her siblings, Helen Rausch (Darren) of Logansport, IN, Larry Rausch (Cloretta) of Winamac, IN and Frank Rausch (Linda) of Greenwood, SC; and her grandchildren, Joe, Amanda, Sydney, Phillip, Shane, Joel, Marisa and Jolene.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
