She was predeceased by: her siblings, Milton Young and Janice Graven; and her parents, Orville Young and Ruth Snyder Young. She is survived by: her husband Robert Lanz; her children, Tyrone Lanz (Elena) of Moline, Robert Lanz (Elaine) of Cedar Rapids, Cynthia Duncan (Donald) of Santa Fe, N. M. and James Lanz (Karen) of Littleton, Colo.; and her siblings, Dorothy Gaumer (Phil) and Rex Young. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
Instead of flowers, memorials may be directed to Salem United Methodist Church.
