He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph McGrane and Margaret McGrane (Pint); his daughter Patricia; and his brother John McGrane. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Kathleen (Jon) of Bloomington, IL, Laura of Haverford, PA, Brian (Katy) of Bloomington, MN and John (Jill) of Richmond, VA; his son-in-law Camillo Jose Taylor of Philadelphia, PA; his grandchildren, Peter, Molly, Joe, Nick, Madeleine, Colin, Nolan, Ben, Owen and Henry; his siblings, Jim McGrane (Tipp), Catherine Chihak (Bill), Dan McGrane (Betty), Tom McGrane (Cyndy) and Mary Wieland (Steve); his sisters-in-law, Wilma McGrane and Sandy DeMeulenaere; and his caregiver Joe.
