He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Hernandez and Carmen Hernandez (Gonzalez); his sister Mary Snell; his father-in-law Lynn Boyles; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Wernett and Robert Snell.
He is survived by: his wife Lynette Hernandez; his daughters, Jennifer Davis of Cedar Rapids and Christine Hernandez of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Desmond, Joseph, Alexander, Devin, Jaeda, Manny, Tianah, Tyrese and Santana; and his siblings, Victor Hernandez (Kenda), Patricia Forbes (Mike), David Hernandez (Tina) and Robert Hernandez (Kim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
