In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy John Jerome leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though John Jerome may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his mother Antonia J. Becicka; and his siblings, Sandy Molengraaf and Tommy Schake. He is survived by: his father Dan Martinek (Sue); his sisters, Debra Rodriguez of Laguna Niguel and Angie Becicka-Hall of Harvard Illinois; his brother-in-law Ron Molengraaf of Clear Lake; and his stepsiblings, Amie Price (Rick) and Jason Brandon (Andrea). He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews & nieces.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Brosh Chapel (2121 Bowling St SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to St Ludmila Church or Discovery Living, Inc.
