He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Mrstik; his daughter Trina Siebert; and his siblings, Charles, Evelyn and Jeanette.
He is survived by: his children, Karla Mrstik and Joe Mrstik; and his grandchildren, Clint, Lee, Matt, Sara, Emily and Mike. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
