He is survived by: his girlfriend Jayne Kilgallon; his girlfriend's children, Joseph Kilgallon (Nicole) and Heather Chambers (Tim); his brothers, Larry Kadlec (Paula) and Richard Kadlec (Janet); his sister-in-law Terry Kadlec; and his pets, Bella, Harry and Miss Kitty. He is also survived by his three "grandchildren".
