He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Allan Kilts and Evelyn Kilts; his grandparents, Pedro (Pete), Generosa Siason (Jean), Clarence and Garnet Kilts; his wife LuAnn Drilling; his children, Amanda and Michael; his sisters, Kim Threatt (Tony) of Cedar Rapids, Karen Kilts of Cedar Rapids and Kristal Long (Dan) of Cedar Rapids; his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Bonnie Drilling of Riceville, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Greg Drilling (Sheila) of Riceville and Annette Squier (Scott) of Mason City.
He enjoyed the bus trips before Covid to see the Chicago Cubs play with family.
