He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Herbert and Shirley "Midge" Mills (Boyle); his daughter Angel; and his brothers, Roland "Rollie" Mills and Daniel Mills.
He is survived by: his former wife Vikki Witter; his children, Amelia "Amy" Vohs (Chad) of Polk City, Benjamin "Ben" Mills (Kadi) of Laramie, WY and Alex Mills (Jeff Mannion) of Melbourne, FL; his grandchild Jaxen Vohs; his siblings, Roxanne Patton (Mark), Nancy Huber (Lynn), Paul Mills (Brenda) and Rusty "Russ" Mills (Tina Levenhagen); his half-brother Randy Wiltse (Minessa); and his sister-in-law Sandy Mills. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
