It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janna M. Phelps of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Monticello, Iowa, who passed away on August 3, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerhard F. "Speed" Tuetken and Minnie Fousek (Ortgies); her children, Christopher Phelps and Vicky Osten; and her brother Kerry Tuetken.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Jones (Okee) of Cedar Rapids, Brian Phelps (Mary) of Ankeny and Joanna Phelps of Cedar Rapids; her siblings, Reva Van Antwerp (Richard) of Anamosa, Leta "Susie" Betzer of Anamosa, Terry Tuetken (Wanda) of Anamosa and Rex Poppe of Cedar Rapids; and her son-in-law Jerry Osten of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by animals, traveling with her mother, fishing with her father.
