She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hargens and Eva Hargens (Glass); and her sister-in-law Anita Hargens. She is survived by: her husband Garry M. Phelps; her children, Brad Phelps of Cedar Rapids, Jeff Phelps (Betsy) of Cedar Rapids and Michelle Hewitt (Jamie) of Cedar Rapids; and her siblings, Janice Teberg of Marion and Richard Hargens of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
