She was predeceased by: her parents, Hattie E. Smith (Vandenburg) and James E. Smith; and her siblings, Ron, Byrl, Duane Smith, Marlys Smith and Marlene Thurman.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Heald of Marion, IA and Todd Heald (Jill) of Fairfax, IA; and her grandchildren, Taylor, Alex, Karsyn, Spencer, Avery and Weston.
