He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hamblin (Sherry); his children, Jim Hamblin Jr. and Kasey Bell (Todd); his grandchildren, Brittany Marie Bell and Caleb James Bell; his brothers, Richard P. Hamblin (Cristy) and Jeffrey L. Hamblin; and his friends, Steve Spicher and Jim Baugh.
The family has requested no flowers, memorials may be made to Last Hope Animal Rescue, Critter Crusaders of Cedar Rapids, or Adopt A Pal, Cedar Rapids.
