He is survived by: his wife Terry; his son Matt (Miranda) of King; his granddaughters, Addy, Emmy, Cari and Izzy; his brothers, Jeff (Cathy) of Colorado Springs, CO and Brad (Lorraine) of Boise, ID; and his nieces and nephews, Ryan (Jennifer), Derek (Jen), Mark (Rachael), Katie (Dave) and Jenni (Michael).
