He is survived by: his wife Sylvie Musamba Kapafule; his sons, Amadou Kapafule Amadou of Cedar Rapids and Abou Kasonuo of Cedar Rapids; and his stepchildren, Awasy Awasy Kibambe, Rama Ramata Efile, Houley Houley Ebondo and Diasy Kadiasy Musamba of Cedar Rapids.
