She was predeceased by: her siblings, Robert, George, Margaret and Dorothy; her son Eric Hahn; her nephews, Vernon, Tom and Jeff Malatek; and her parents, Rudolph Malatek and Catherine Malatek (Sheridan).
She is survived by: her sons, Donald Sipe (Mary) of Cedar Rapids and Michael Sipe (Gail) of La Jolla, California; her former husband Leonard Sipe; and her husband Richard E. Hahn. She is also survived by several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
She was a member of Asbury Methodist Church, the National Czech Slovak Museum & Library, and the Czech Heritage Foundation.
