She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip J. Janaszak and Marie C. Janaszak (Szymanski); her husband Kenneth Mihal; her daughter Barb Budde; her siblings, Phillip Janaszak and Rose Punke (Charlie); and her close friends, Howard and Wayne.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joani Mabry (Tim), Patricia Wenzel (Steve) and Pamm Kueter (Brian); and her siblings, Karen Sasek (Norman), Theresa Williams (David), Phyllis Brown (Tom), Francis Janaszak (Cheryl), James Janaszak (Terri) and David Janaszak. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brosh Chapel (2121 Bowling St SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church (1224 5th St SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52401).
