We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2023, at the age of 83, Harry Allen Scott of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Ottumwa, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Scott; his parents, Harry Scott and Amanda Scott; his brothers, James Scott (Delores) and Jerome Scott; his great grandchildren, Theo and Rocco Korte; and his nephew Robert Scott.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Sue Carlton; his children, Wendy (Jim Korte) and Richard; his grandchildren, Jacob (Lyndsay Korte) and Sarah Korte; his great grandchildren, Asher, Zeb, Olive and Maizy; and his brother-in-law John (Maryellyn Krantz). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Harry's honor may be made to HACAP, Foundation 2, or Lutheran Church of Hope in West Des Moines.
