He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Blackledge and Margaret Blackledge (Krippner); his wife Mary Ellen; and his brothers, Leroy Blackledge of Tuscon, AZ and Wayne Blackledge of Indianapolis, IN.
He is survived by: his grandson Larry; his children, Debra Holbrook of Austin, TX and Larry Blackledge of Eau Claire, WI; his granddaughters, Kristin Deutmeyer, Alyssa Ullrich and Alexandra Blackledge; and his sister Janet Blackledge of Cedar Rapids, IA.. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Mark's Lutheran.
