He was predeceased by: his father Don McCort; his son Dylan McCort; and his siblings-in-law, Donald and Bethel Sieck. He is survived by: his wife Karen McCort of Cedar Rapids, IA; his children, Cara Boubin (Troy) of Independence, IA and Mason McCort (Samantha Cochrane) of North Liberty, IA; his grandchildren, Olivia and Jack Boubin; and his mother Vee Gee McCort of Cedar Rapids, IA. He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
