He is survived by: his wife Linda Herman of Cedar Rapids; his children, Craig Herman of Iowa City and Marcy Zeadow (Joseph) of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Sydney Edmonds (Zachary), Kaylee Smith (Mitch), Samuel Zeadow and Isabel Zeadow; his great grandchild Mickel Edmonds; his siblings, Dennis Herman (Judy) of North Liberty, Angie Patterson (Jim) of Belle Plaine, Jeff Herman (Julie) of Belle Plaine and Mike Herman (Cindy) of Moulton, Iowa; and his sister-in-law Diane Herman.
