He was predeceased by: his siblings, Edwin Driscoll (Judy), Ronald Driscoll, Carol Clark, Lloyd Driscoll, Patricia Butz (Victor) and Larry Driscoll; and his parents, Edwin Driscoll and Lucille Schutterle Driscoll.

He is survived by: his wife Cindy Milbrath Gardner; his children, Jenny Hansen (Joel) of Cedar Rapids and Jeremy Driscoll (Amelia); his stepchildren, Amanda Carolan (Lonnie) of Vinton and Troy Gardner of Cedar Falls; his grandchildren, Jacob Hansen (Emily), Joshua Hansen, Jules, Maverick Driscoll, Clarissa, Hudson, Brie Carolan and Sofia Gardner; his great grandchild Kingston Hansen; his brother Bill Driscoll (Karen) of Newhall; and his brother-in-law Jim Clark. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A rosary will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Teahen Funeral Home (3100 F Ave NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405). Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Jude Catholic Church (50 Edgewood Rd NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405).
