He is survived by: his wife Christine Kohl; his children, Candace Warner (Ryan) of San Jose and Zachary Hart of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Lucas, Anna and Howard Warner; and his siblings, Sherrel Plank (Walter) of Texas, Carole Anderson (Gary) of Burlington and Laurel Nash (Pete) of Burlington, Iowa.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
