He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Cleppe and Catherine Cleppe; his nephew Justin Cleppe; and his great-nephew Spenser Cleppe. He is survived by: his siblings, Barb Novotny (Marvin) of Newhall, Nancy Gordon (Clark) of Storm Lake, David Cleppe (Connie) of Batavia and Dale Cleppe of Cedar Rapids.
