He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Madison and Gloria Madison; his grandparents, Charles and Florence Madison (Murmur); and his brothers-in-law, Roger Vogt, Dale Ray and Dan Horstekotte.
He is survived by: his wife Penny (Penny); his children, Carol Mann (Matthew Neuhaus) and Frederick J Madison Jr. (Joel Mann); his grandsons, Joshua Mann, Kyle Mann (Hallie Good), Jeremy Mann and Dalton Mann (Jessica Butterfield); his siblings, Dick Madison (Jennifer), Hal Pollard, Patrick Madison (Amanda), Mary Ray, Dixie Horstekotte, Janice Neff and Virginia Durand; his sister-in-law Holly Vogt; and his cousin Chuck Madison. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends like family, and his numerous Masonic brothers.
