He is survived by: his wife Sharon Jones; his children, Renae Witham, Shari Bertling and Donald Sullivan (Melinda); his grandchildren, Danielle Kendrick, Lenae Mitchell (Shelby), Dillon Witham, Katie McIntosh (Aspen), Everett Sullivan and Henry Sullivan; his sisters, Teresa Listman (Bob) and Kathy Habben (Doug); and his sister-in-law Marilyn Eyer. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
