She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray E. LeMont and Elsie M. LeMont (Christoffersen); her husband James LeRoy Patterson; her daughter Patricia Camarata; and her siblings, Richard LeMont, Margrethe J. "Marge" Hitchens and Robert LeMont.

She is survived by: her children, Paula Patterson, Pamela Heckman (Don) and James R. Patterson. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to Hope Lutheran Church in Cedar Rapids.
