She was predeceased by: her husband Don Jelinek; her siblings, Ella Bangert (Gene Bangert), William Peshek (Margaret Peshek) and Wilbert Peshek (Janette Peshek-Biley); and her pets, Antoine and Tammy.
She is survived by: her siblings, Doris Nevenhoven of Elburn, Illinois and Joe Peshek (Mildred) of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, one niece.
