It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Jean Hegland of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on February 14, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Volesky and Molly Volesky (Kroul); her husband Bud; and her siblings, Lawrence Volesky, Evelyn Thuerauf, John Volesky (Adeline) and Marvin Volesky (Margie).
She is survived by: her sons, Robert of Marion, Kevin (Kelly) of Cedar Rapids and Jeff (Tenille) of North Port, Florida; and her sister-in-law Blanche Volesky. She is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
