He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Chapin (Dannie) of Cameron and Cheryl Miller of Cedar Rapids; his significant other Joan Bennett of Monmouth; and also David Peak, Jr..
Memorials can be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation in honor of Eddie and the continued fight against Parkinson's Disease or to the charity of the donor's choice.
