He is survived by: his father Roger Ockenfels (Lisa) of Oxford Junction; his sister Christy Pietropinto (Andrew) of Cedar Rapids; his grandmother Vivian Ockenfels of Cedar Rapids; his uncle Michael Ockenfels (Karen) of Johnston; his aunts, Judy Neumeyer and JoAnn Suchomel; and his cousins, Nick Ockenfels, Jeremy Ockenfels (Becca), Dawn Coppess (Chris), Amy Neer (Brian), Matt Berry and Melody Lockman (Brad).
