She was predeceased by: her husband Alva A. Evans, Jr.; her parents, Edward Zvacek and Anne Zvacek; her sister Marlene Loeltz; and her brothers-in-law, William Loeltz and David Evans.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Evan-Schwartz (Alan) and Eric R. Evans (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Adam Evanschwartz (Sarah), Erin Evan-Schwartz and Sarah Maher (Ben); her great grandchildren, Sam Evan-Schwartz, Noah Evanschwartz, Chavah Evanschwartz, Aryeh Evanschwartz, Charlie Maher and Evan Maher; and her nieces, Kathy Sarby and Sharon Hutt.
