She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Paugh and Frances Paugh (Stratton). She is survived by: her husband Terry Blackbourn; her daughters, Angela Handeland (Wayne) of Cedar Rapids and Sheilah Martin (Russell) of Cedar Rapids; her sister Glenna Brandstatt (Mike) of Palmyra, MO; her grandchildren, Taylor, Madison, Holly Kardell (Ryan), Sabrina, Ryan and Hunter; and her great grandchildren, Alexandra and Kyler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
