He is survived by: his siblings, Kenny Lampe (Ann) of Cedar Rapids, Frances Lampe (Sandy) of Cedar Rapids, Daryle Lampe (Eileen) of Hiawatha and Donna Long (Maynard) of Melbourne, Florida; his stepchildren, Stephanie Hogan of Cedar Rapids and Jeff Hogan (Brenda) of Walford; his grandchildren, Nick, Brielle Hogan of Estherville and Casey Hogan of Cedar Rapids; and his sons, Chuck, Steve Lampe of Marion and Patrick Lampe of Cedar Rapids.
