She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Starr and Betty Starr (Hunter); and her husband Robert Hathaway. She is survived by: her children, Andrew Welbourne and Casey Welbourne (Pamela); her sister Karen Stearns (Jerry); her stepchildren, Jamey Hathaway (Sarah) and Stephanie Roberts (Matt); her grandchildren, Tyler, Colten, Eleanor, Abel, Dash Welbourne, Tatum, Tucker, Nash Hathaway, Eli and Payton Roberts; and her brother Don Starr (Cindy). She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
