It is with great sadness that we announce the death of DeVota Koudelka of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Geneseo, Illinois, who passed away on June 10, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Coghlan and Ada Coghlan (Clark); her husband Wesley Koudelka; her siblings, Betty Coghlan, Florance Coghlan, Jean Boren (Harry), Lois Harris (Dale) and Earl "Bud" Coghlan (Rose); and her brother-in-law Dale Lytle.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Koudelka-Wilson and Kay Koudelka-Oloff (Tom); her grandchildren, Jeff Novak (Sheila), Rod Souchek (Heather), Ben Souchek (Dawn), Brian Wilson (Michelle), Kristoffer Souchek and Tateum DeBower (Doug); and her sisters, Vivian Lytle and Bonnie Heisdoffer (Leland). She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
