He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Kell and Jane Kell (Hahn); and his aunt Dorothy. He is survived by: his brothers, Thomas Kell of Marion, IA, Michael Kell (Wilma) of Marion, IA and Steven Kell (Judi) of Indiana; and his nieces and nephews, Abigail, Amanda, Angela, Stacey and Justin.
