He is survived by: his wife Kathy Wickham; his children, Denise Symonds, Melinda Weaverling (Mike), Trisha Zimmerman (Tim) and Christopher Bradley; his grandchildren, Casey Symonds, Alex Symonds, Shelby Coan (Zac), Kristen Weaverling, Bradley Weaverling, Jillian Zimmerman and Kaylin Fink (William); and his great grandchildren, Kirby and Pyatt Coan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Unity Point Hospice, St Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids Iowa.
