She was predeceased by: her grandparents, James, Ella Nachazel, Alfred and Marie Yuska. She is survived by: her daughters, Morgan and Ava Olsen; her siblings, Kathy Smith (Brad), Kristin McElwee (Jason), Bryan Nachazel (Jessica), Mark Nachazel (Tammy) and Maria Pettit; her stepsiblings, Emily Johnson, Elizabeth Johnson, Kate Johnson (Corey), Brian Barnard (Melissa) and Aaron Barnard (Angie); the father of her children Keith Olsen; her parents, Bernard Nachazel (Susan) and Judith Yuska Nachazel (Bob); and her former husband Keith Olsen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
