He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Sjullie and Arlene Sjullie (Decker); his children, David Sjullie Jr. (Claudia) and Kristi Sjullie-Pick (Alex); his grandchildren, Allie, Cassandra and Dalina; his brother Greg Sjullie (Adriana); his nephews, Alex and Marcus Sjullie; his aunts, Audrey Hyke and Betty Roesler; and his uncle Louie Decker.
