David left this world on February 19, 2025 at the age of 63, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He is survived by: his parents, Lester Novak and Lois Novak (McCleary); his children, Katie Novak (Joe McGruder) and Kolton Novak; his grandson Jaxxson; and his brothers, Doug Novak (Kelly), Daniel Novak (Terri) and Mark Novak (Heidi). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews; along with step-brothers and step-sisters.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cedar Memorial Funeral Home (4200 1st Ave NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories.
