David Carter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2023, at the age of 87, David Carter of Cedar Rapids, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar J. Carter and Opal Carter (Ellis); his wife Sylvia Ann Svaldi; and his son Blair Carter. He is survived by: his sons, Grant Carter of Cedar Rapids and Neal Carter of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Amber Carter and Curtis Winsor (Alexa) of Virginia; his great grandchildren, Ayden Vaughn, Alena Harris, Theodore Winsor and Andersen Underwood; and his sister Jenni Fauchier.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mercy Medical Center Foundation in Dave's name.
