He was predeceased by: his parents, Stacy Carter and Josephine Carter (Jansen); his brother DuWayne Carter; and his half-sister Veronica Flynn Wilson. He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Bell and Dean Carter (Rita) of Marion; and his aunt Monica Jansen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Union Cemetery.
