We are sad to announce that on June 21, 2023, at the age of 90, Darrel Lee Martin of Cedar Rapids, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Price and Susan Matilda Martin (Hay); and his brother Harold P. Martin. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Mickey Akers (Jerry), Mike Martin (Ann), Robin Martin and Dan Martin (Kelley); and his grandchildren, Sam Reges (Phil), Holli Martin, Shelly Dorman (Jeff), Abby Christenson (Alex), Megan Westemeier (Alex), Alexa Martin and Gage Martin. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews.
Memorials may be directed to Christ Church Presbyterian, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, St. Luke's Hospice, or the Meth-Wick Community.
