It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darold C. Lamphier of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on November 7, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Lamphier and Orpha Lamphier (Christopher); his siblings, Veryl, Dale (Kay), Nina and Reita; his siblings-in-law, Lucy, Carlton and Roger; and his pets, Maxwell, Phancee, Bitsee and Grayson.
He is survived by: his wife Anna; his daughters, Tammy Iezek (Mark) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Wendy Enlow of Cedar Rapids, IA and Leah Lamphier of Mesa, AZ; his granddaughters, Whitney, Nichole, Alyssa and Hayley; his great grandchildren, RJ, Casper and Portland; his sisters-in-law, Mary Russett of New Hampton and Norma Sander (Daryl) of Postville; his niece Laura Jorgensen; and his friends, David and Linda Coan.
