She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Tomash and Emma Tomash (Netolicky); her husband Dick; her siblings, Elmer, Robert and Dorothy; and her siblings-in-law, Carl Nissen, Dennis Cerveny and Elsie Tomash.
She is survived by: her sister Janet Cerveny; and her sisters-in-law, Janice Tomash and Kay Schirm. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
